Jenny Jennings Associate Professor and AgriLife Research Project Leader, Texas A&M University (Amarillo, Texas)
Dr. Jennings specializes in beef cattle feedlot nutrition. Her general research interests include nutritional management and sustainability within all sectors of the beef cattle industry.
She is the Texas A&M AgriLife Research Project Leader for the Animal Nutrition Laboratory in Amarillo, Texas, and conducts additional research at A&M AgriLife Research/USDA-ARS Research Feedlot and Metabolism Laboratory at Bushland, and at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research James Bush Research Farm north of Bushland.
Dr. Jennings earned her BS degree in Animal Science from Missouri State University in Springfield in 2004, her MS degree in Animal Science with an emphasis in animal physiology from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in 2006, and her PhD in ruminant nutrition at South Dakota State University in 2009.
