Some of Dr. Bascom's areas of expertise include feeding and management of dairy cattle, ration formulation, and formulation and development of milk replacers.

Scott has been part of the Dairy Technical Team at Phibro since March 2015. His responsibilities include providing technical support for Phibro’s Dairy Nutritional Specialty Products. He works with customers, influencers, and end users insuring proper use of these products. In addition Scott provides product, marketing, and technical training for Phibro’s sales team and customers.

Scott and his family live in the small town of Fulton, located in south central Wisconsin. He has a PhD and Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree from the University of New Hampshire.
