Nancy Vander Byl was born on a beef farm and received her technical training from the University of Guelph - Kemptville College of Agricultural Technology in Canada. She has spent time managing cattle in Australia before settling back in Canada in her current role. She has practical experience on both beef farms and dairy operations.
