Dr. Kari Saddoris-Clemons' main areas of research are mycotoxin mitigation and detection, nutrition and health interactions, gut health, and improving the efficiency of production in swine, poultry and dairy.

Dr. Saddoris-Clemons joined Phibro Animal Health in 2021 as a Senior Research Scientist and is part of the Nutritional Health R&D division. She has over 15 years of experience in R&D, marketing, and technical support across the animal health and nutrition industry.

She has a PhD in animal nutrition from Purdue University with a focus in monogastric nutrition.
