Dr. Jarred Oxford is a poultry nutritionist that specializes in intestinal health and nutritional immunology. Dr. Oxford received his Masters degree at the University of Georgia under the direction of Dr. Gene Pesti, and his PhD at the University of Georgia under the direction of Dr. Ramesh Selvaraj. Dr. Oxford’s areas of research consist of intervention methods for the prevention of coccidiosis and how nutritional animal health products can mitigate the effects of enteric challenges.
